Internship in our Atelier: today we meet Belma and Anita

In Atelier we are proud to periodically offer students and young people of different ages the opportunity to experiment, challenge and test themselves in order to approach the world of work with more awareness and greater skills.

At the beginning of last month, Belma and Anita, two High School students from Liceo Quadri and Liceo Fogazzaro in Vicenza, discovered our company and decided to carry out their summer internships with us to have a hands-on experience of the business environment.

Belma studies in the economic and social field and plans to continue this same path at University. She arrived in Atelier with an unclear idea of its internal functioning, but during this period she managed to understand the organized structure involved in a manufacturing company.

Anita, who is studying languages, plans to continue with University, focusing on Fashion Design. In fact, she has always had a great passion for this field and after this experience she decided to pursue it with a specific course centered on fashion.

Both of them liked the company very much and at the end of their journey they were satisfied not only with the knowledge acquired but also with the activities, showing enthusiasm both for the level of involvement and for the positive interaction they experienced. Overall, thanks to this experience, Belma and Anita had the opportunity to take a first step into the world of work, they discovered a reality they could not imagine and learned the importance of a specific structure and its organization.

The positive outcome of this short adventure encouraged them to follow their dreams and approach University with greater awareness of the future, making us even more proud to be able to help and support the training of today’s young people, tomorrow’s precious ressources.
